Mojito - The National Drink of Cuba
I like to make my mojitos the way I did when I worked at Enrico's Sidewalk Cafe in San Francisco between 1996 and 2006. Sure there are many ways to make a Mojito...but this is my favorite
In a Pint glass add 15-20 Mint leaves
1 oz fresh lime juice
1 oz simple syrup
2 oz Silver rum
2 oz Club soda
In a mixing glass add mint, lime and simple syrup.
With your muddler in hand, press down with force while using a twisting motion.
Add ice, rum, club soda and stir well.
