There are some delicious drinks with this spicey syrup. Impress your friends with something a little exotic.
- 1 cup of granulated sugar
- 1 cup of water
- 1/4 cup of grated ginger
Combine ingredients in a saucepan and simmer on low heat for 45 minutes.
Let cool, strain out ginger, and keep in refrigerator in a bottle or jar.
Fresh Ginger Syrup- In a blender blend 1 cup water, 1 cup sugar, 1 cup chopped ginger- its super spice and delicious. Last 4 days in the refrigerator.
