Ginger Syrup

Amazing in all types of drinks from a Collins to a Mule and endless others.....

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of granulated sugar
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 cup chopped or grated ginger

Combine ingredients and add to a blender. Blend for 45 seconds and fine strain....super fast and super spicy. 

Option two is to simmer in a saucepan on low heat for 45 minutes.

Let cool, strain out ginger, and keep in refrigerator in a bottle or jar.

Last 10 days in the refrigerator, but begins to loose its flavor. For best results use with in 5 days.
